RJ Marshall is the Senior pastor of Lighthouse Full Life Center in Grand Rapids, MI. He is a charismatic servant leader who functions as a Man of Faith, Family and Focus.​

Bishop RJ received his Bachelor of Arts in International and Community Development from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK and also minored in Pastoral Care. With a greater desire to impact the lives of his peers, Bishop Marshall continued his educational pursuits and received his Master of Arts in Urban Christian Ministries from Trinity International University in Deerfield, IL.

In addition to pastoring, he is a published author and entrepreneur. He is the CEO of RM Innovations, a consulting firm that specializes in personal and ministry development. Bishop RJ serves as the Executive director, of Innovative Literacy Solutions, a not for profit (501c3) that specializes in literacy.

A family man above all, Bishop Marshall shares his calling and covenant with his beautiful wife Kristan Lauren. Together they share in the joy of raising two beautiful daughters McKenzie and Zuri Marshall. Bishop RJ is committed to call of Christ on his life and how he has been called to impact others.
