RJ is a fervent and committed servant leader who functions as a student, teacher, and developer.  He is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of people and he is passionate to see them developed and empowered.

RJ is a graduate of Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Ok. Where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International and Community Development having minored in Pastoral Care. RJ is also a graduate of Trinity International University in Deerfield, IL where his studies were commemorated with a Master of Arts degree in Urban Christian Ministries.

RJ oversees Rory Marshall Innovations, LLC a consulting firm that specializes in personal and ministry development. In addition RJ leads Marshall Initiative Group, an organization that empowers individuals through educational initiatives. RJ and his wife Kristan along with their daughters Mckenzie and Zuri reside in Chicago, IL.
